How do I change my profile information?

If no changes to your certificate need to be made, but you just need to fix your information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your Aceable account.
  2. Open up the menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.
  3. Click on “Student Profile”.
  4. You can change anything in your profile by clicking on any field and typing in something different.
  5. Save your changes by clicking on “Finish” at the bottom of the profile.

You can also fill out this form if you would like us to make these changes for you.

If we have already mailed out your certificate, unfortunately you will need to pay a $10 fee for the correction. If you need expedited shipping, you will need to pay for it and add it to your order. You’ll receive an email when we mail out your new certificate.
