Since your course requires you to answer identity security questions, your profile is locked to prevent you from making changes during the course.
Our Customer Experience Heroes will be able to update your profile information. Just fill out this form and we’ll get it done! We’ll reply back to let you know that we’ve updated your information. At that point, you’ll need to log out and log back into your account to see the changes. It does not affect the correct answers to your security questions though. The answers are based on what you originally put in your account.
If we have already mailed out your certificate, unfortunately you will need to pay a $10 fee for the correction. If you need expedited shipping, you will need to pay for it and add it to your order. You’ll receive an email when we mail out your new certificate.
