Updating Information

How do I change my profile information?

Since your course requires you to answer identity security questions, your profile is locked to prevent you from making changes during the course.

Our Customer Experience Heroes will be able to update your profile information and certificate (only if it has been emailed already). Just fill out the form below and we’ll get it done! We’ll reply back to let you know that we’ve updated your information or have sent you an updated certificate.

After we update your information, you’ll need to log out and log back into your account to see the changes. It does not affect the correct answers to your security questions though. The answers are based on what you originally put in your account.

After we update your certificate,  you’ll also be able to view the updated certificate when you log into your account.
