Updating Information

How do I change my profile information?

Since your course requires you to answer identity security questions, your profile is locked to prevent you from making changes during the course.

Our Customer Experience Heroes will be able to update your profile information. Just fill out this form and we’ll get it done! We’ll reply back to let you know that we’ve updated your information. At that point, you’ll need to log out and log back into your account to see the changes. It does not affect the correct answers to your security questions though. The answers are based on what you originally put in your account.

If we have already filed your information with the DMV, unfortunately you will need to pay a $10 fee for the correction. You’ll receive an email when you have been filed into the DMV system again.
