How do I change my profile information?

As you work through your Aceable course, you will occasionally be asked identity-based security questions. These are to ensure that the person who signed up for the course is the person completing it. Because of this, your profile is locked to prevent you from making any changes as you take the course.

But don’t worry! If you notice a mistake in your profile, our Customer Experience Heroes will be able to update your profile information. Just fill out this form and we’ll get it done! We’ll reply back to let you know that we’ve updated your information. At that point, you’ll need to log out and log back into your account to see the changes.

If we have already filed your information with the DMV, fill out this form and we will file it again with the necessary corrections.
