When signing up with BOTH a parent and student email, we ask for the parent to set up a password after your purchase. We send an email to the student email that you gave us. The email contains instructions for setting up a student password.
Below is an example of the email your student received from Aceable. Search for the words “Set Their Password”.
NOTE: Before clicking on the link, make sure nobody is currently signed into Aceable. Parent accounts are automatically signed into Aceable after purchase. If that’s the case, please sign out of the parent account (how do I do that?).
After clicking that link, you will be asked to put in a password. It needs to be at least 6 characters long. It can be all letters or all numbers or a combination.
Once the password has been set, you can click “Continue” to be signed into Aceable. You will be asked to fill out your Student Profile. After doing so, you can begin working on the course.
