How soon will you notify my court that I completed the course?

Once you finish the course, here’s what you should expect:

  1. If we have all of your accurate information, we will automatically file your completion information with the DMV within 24 hours.
  2. Once we file your information, you will receive an email from Aceable with your proof of completion. This is to let you know that we have successfully filed your information with your court on the DMV website.
  3. Some courts allow you to check the status of your ticket online – it might take a couple days or weeks for the courts to update your status. As long as you got the completion receipt from us though, you should be good to go. If you want to be extra sure, just contact your court to ask them about it.

If you have not received a proof of completion from us, you have either provided us incorrect information or are missing information.

If you received a proof of completion but your court does not have your information after 2-3 weeks, you may have given us the wrong court code. You will need to call your court to get the right court code and get back to us ASAP so we can correct this!

HOLIDAY SUPPORT CLOSURE - Live support will be closed on November 26th-27th to allow our employees to spend time with their families.
