There are two reasons for this:
- You have not purchased the knowledge exam
- You purchased the knowledge exam but you haven’t taken the exam yet
- You made a mistake when entering your personal information (ex. your birthday)
- The third-party test provider for Aceable has not reported the results to DMV yet and it has been more than 2-3 business days
One of the most common reasons is the confusion that the final exam for your drug and alcohol course was the same thing as the Knowledge Exam. They are not the same thing.
If you are unsure if you took the knowledge exam, please sign into your account and click on “Take Knowledge Exam”. If you haven’t taken it yet, it will ask for payment. If you have taken the test already, it will say “You Passed!”
If it’s possible that you made a mistake when entering your personal information, contact our Customer Experience Heroes so that we can look into this for you! We’ll make sure to get it fixed for you if this is the case.
If it has been more than 2-3 business days and your score has not been reported to DMV by the third-party test provider, you can request a refund here. We have absolutely no control over the reporting process for the knowledge exam.
