Why haven’t I gotten my completion receipt after 24 hours?

First, check your email for subject line “Traffic Violator Course Course Completion Receipt – Aceable!”. We send these emails from support@aceable.com.

If you absolutely cannot find anything in your email (including spam and trash) in any of your email addresses, what most likely happened is that you either provided incorrect information or are missing information. Contact our Customer Experience Heroes so that we can see what happened.
