What do I do if I’m locked out of the course for failing the security questions?

All you need to do is contact our Customer Experience Heroes. We will ask you some additional verification questions. If you answer correctly, we will unlock your account so that you can complete the course. After that, you will need to progress through the very end of the course so that we will be able to e-mail your certificate 48 hours after you complete the course.
