Why do I have to answer identity security questions?

The state of Florida requires that Aceable verify that the person who registered for the course is the person who is taking the course – after all, it’s only fair! In order to do this, we use a system that asks you identity verification questions based on the information in your Aceable Student Profile.

You’ll be asked these identity security questions at various points throughout the course. If you fail a question (which we doubt you will since these questions are all about you!), the state of Florida requires us to bring you back to the beginning of your current level. Unfortunately, this is a state requirement we have to follow. If you answer 5 questions incorrectly, you will be locked out of the course and need to call our Customer Experience Heroes to be allowed access again.

HOLIDAY SUPPORT CLOSURE - Live support will be closed on November 26th-27th to allow our employees to spend time with their families. We will be back to our normal support hours starting November 28th. Certificate processing and shipping will also be closed during this time, and will resume on Monday, November 30th. We will have limited email and text support during the closure.
