If you received an error message that says, “We don’t have an account under this email address”, try these tips to access your course!

  • Try a different email! If you have multiple email addresses, odds are you set up your course with an alternate email address.
  • Still having trouble? You may have made a typo when you signed up for your Aceable course. Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Our Customer Experience Heroes can fix this super quickly for you. Just contact us using the info below!

COVID-19 UPDATE: MAILED CERTIFICATE PROCESSING RESUMING 5/26 - The Aceable certificate Fulfillment Team has been abiding by the shelter in place order in Houston.  As of 5/26/20, our Certificate Team is no longer under Shelter-in-Place orders, and has been able to safely return to the office and resume certificate processing.
