Texas Adult Drivers Ed

I click on “View Certificate”, but my certificate is not loading.

This can be due to one of two reasons:

  1. It has not yet been 1 hour since you finished our course. It takes 1 hour for our automated system to email your certificate.
  2. You completed our course back when we were originally mailing certificates. For all students who completed our course before September 14, 2016, your certificate was mailed. After that, we began emailing certificates. If you need a new copy of your certificate, please contact our Customer Experience Heroes so that we can create a certificate for you that can be emailed and printed out.

HOLIDAY SUPPORT CLOSURE - Live support will be closed on November 26th-27th to allow our employees to spend time with their families. We will be back to our normal support hours starting November 28th. Certificate processing and shipping will also be closed during this time, and will resume on Monday, November 30th. We will have limited email and text support during the closure.
