How do I change my profile information?

  1. Sign into your Aceable account.
  2. Open up the menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.
  3. Click on “Student Profile”.
  4. You can change anything in your profile by clicking on any field and typing in something different.
  5. Save your changes by clicking on “Finish” at the bottom of the profile.

If we have emailed your certificate to you already, please email us here so we can update your certificate. Once we’ve done that, we will email you an updated certificate. You can also view the updated version from your account.

What happens if I got my Aceable certificates before ordering the PTDE packet?

Please complete these steps immediately:

  1. Make sure you have an eligible parent instructor before ordering the PTDE packet.
  2. Order the PTDE packet ASAP from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
  3. When you receive the packet, hang on to it for three days.
  4. After three days, let us know by emailing us at support@aceable.com to update your Permit Certificate date. This is done to ensure that the date printed on your Permit Certificate is after the date you received the PTDE packet.
  5. If you have also received a License Certificate, we will make a note to issue a new date on that certificate 13 days from the issue date for your updated Permit Certificate. This is because it is a state requirement that a student cannot finish the course in less than 16 days. Your certificate dates will meet their requirement.
