Quick Answers

First steps to try:

  1. Make sure you are typing in your email and password correctly.
  2. Reset your password. Check your email inbox for a link to reset your password to something else.
  3. If you get the error “User does not exist”, you either signed up with a different email or mistyped your email when signing up. Try a different email. If that does not work, contact our Customer Experience Heroes.

Texas Parent Taught Drivers Ed

  1. Login to your Aceable account.
  2. Open up the menu for your account and click “Student Profile”.
  3. Edit your information there and press “Finish”.

If a change needs to be made on the certificate, please update the information in your profile and contact our Customer Experience Heroes to get the certificate updated.

California Drivers Ed

  1. Login to your Aceable account.
  2. Open up the menu for your account and click “Student Profile”.
  3. Edit your information there and press “Finish”.

If you have already finished the course, you have until 12 PM Pacific Time to correct any information in your account before we mail out the certificate.

Example: if you finish at 3 PM Pacific Time, you have until 12 PM Pacific Time the following business day to correct your information so that we print out the right information on your certificate.

All Other Courses

Contact Aceable with the information that needs to be changed. Please be specific so that we can make the change in your account.

Example: if your birthday needs to be changed, tell us what it should be.

  2. Sign out and sign back in. If you cannot find where to sign out, click this link.
  3. Press these three buttons at the same time:
    1. Windows computers: Control + Shift + R
    2. Mac computers: Command + Shift + R
  4. Restart your computer. This is a last resort option, but it magically works.

If you made a mistake in your profile information and it was printed on your certificate, you will need to pay $10 to order a new certificate.

California Traffic School, Florida TLSAE, Illinois Drivers Ed, Nevada Drivers Ed

If you made a mistake in your profile information and it was filed into the DMV system already, you will need to pay $10 so that we re-file you with the correct information. Click here to place your order.

Texas Adult Drivers Ed, Texas Instructor Taught Drivers Ed, Texas Parent Taught Drivers Ed

All you have to do is email our Customer Experience Heroes with:

  1. The wrong information AND
  2. The correct information

We’ll reply back to let you know when your new certificate has been updated and emailed to you.

In most cases, you are eligible for a refund as long as you meet these conditions:

  1. You have requested a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  2. You have not completed the course and taken the course assessment.
  3. California Drivers Ed, Ohio Drivers Ed, Texas Instructor Taught Drivers Ed, and Texas Defensive Driving:
    We have NOT mailed your certificate yet.
  4. Florida TLSAE and Illinois Adult Drivers Ed:
    We have NOT filed your completion information online with the DMV.
  5. Texas Parent Taught Drivers Ed:
    You have NOT used your certificates at the DPS office to obtain a permit and/or driver license. We will check with DPS to see if your certificate has been used.
